Sponsor Registration
Individuals who are receiving free registration from your organization for the event should fill out the main ISFLC registration form (found here: isflc.org/register) using the coupon code: SPONSOR15. For organizations sponsoring sessions, speakers do not count toward the registrations included in your sponsorship level. If more individuals from your organization wish to attend they’ll need to pay and sign up on the main registration form. Partner organization representatives have discounted pricing to the event so as long as they register before February 9, it will only be $35 for them.

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Exhibit Hall Open
Tabling Information
Tables are 6’ X 30” and there will be about 3’ of space between each table. Tablecloths & background drapes will not be provided by SFL. To request power (or any other A/V needs) at your booth you must submit the “Exhibitor PSAV Order Form” in advance to [email protected]. Please note free wifi will be available to all attendees at the conference.
Breakout Sessions
SFL will provide all breakout session organizers with a space to hold the session and a student leader to moderate the session and introduce the speakers (if preferred). Promotion, coordination with session speakers, etc. are the responsibility of the organization/individual preparing the session.
SFL will provide all breakout sessions with a screen and projector. However we will not be providing computers. Presenters/sponsoring organizations will need to provide their own laptops for showing presentations. Additionally, for those using Mac computers, ensure you bring the proper adapter cable as SFL will not be providing these.

In order to retrieve your package you will have to go to the shipping and receiving department located outside of Exhibit Hall C. Please note that there is a handling fee of $1 per pound on all incoming packages as well as $1 per pound on outgoing packages.
